Education

Trevor Crow received her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy at Fairfield University, and she is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in good standing with the Association of Marriage and Family Therapy.

After receiving her Masters, Trevor Crow has continued her education and psychological research in order to better counsel her clients in the most effective manner. She also received certification as an Emotionally Focused Therapist—now one of the most validated means of couples and family interventions in North America. Presently, Trevor Crow continues her psychological studies.

Trevor Crow’s education is not limited to the field of psychotherapy. After graduating from Wellesley College, where Trevor Crow majored in Art History, she also completed a Bachelor of Science from the Parsons School of Design in Interior Design. Upon receiving her B.S. from Parsons, Trevor Crow decided to pursue an education in the practice of business at Harvard Business school, where she graduated with a Masters in Business Administration.

Trevor is board member of the Pequot Library and serves as Secretary of the Executive Committee.

She is co-chair of the Development Committee and is a member of the Capital Campaign Committee and the Pequot Contemporaries.

Trevor has also served as a board member of the Ackerman Institute for the Family. Ackerman is a leader in research and training for Marriage and Family Therapists globally. Additionally, Ms. Crow served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Domestic Crisis Center of Norwalk, where she co-chaired the annual spring luncheon of 2009.
